This law is amended by the Turn 17 Subsidies Law Revision and by the Increased Offer of Aid Amendment Vote.

This law granting subsidies and extending the use of infrastructural grants was voted into force in Turn 17.

1. Union Grant
   Union members receiving the union grant for new members may spend up to 10% of the grant on infrastructure improvements.
   1. The following are understood as infrastructure improvements:
      • Mass Transit Cargo Freighters
      • Holonet Relays
      • Hyperspace Nodes
2. Mass Transit Cargo Freighter Subsidy
   A subsidy of 1.5 / (rounded down) is available under the following conditions:
   1. The is bought from a union member, and this union member fabricated the
   2. The is bought by a union member with a taxable income less then or equal to 1000
3. Hyperspace Node Subsidy
   A subsidy of 1.0 / (rounded down) is available under the following conditions:
   1. The is bought from a union member, and this union member fabricated the
   2. The is bought by a union member with a taxable income less then or equal to 1000
